offered up in bits and pieces,

story. I'm so glad you are here,
pull up a chair, let's sit by
the fire and talk about life.mrs. who?

I think hope is the best place to be and go. The silence giving access to hope is wonderful, bringing us into the true source of our health.

Much in little, my favorite kind of short poetry. Very much in tune with the simplicity of the picture.

I’m not sure which is harder to hear–the silence of hope or whimpering of hope. (My hope tends to voice itself in the latter way.)
Wonderfully compressed poem. K.

Hope in the simple flight of a bird. I love poems like this that have such economy of words but such depth of meaning. Fantastic and philosophical take on the prompt.

I too was deeply struck by the ‘silence of hope’.

yes – silence of hope – it is almost deafening in a way, yes? so beautiful.
