i want to be
a windmill keeper
::
and live in this spot
with this view
with the man that drives me here
and stops for ten million photos
and thinks i’m a little bit crazy
but never says so out loud
::
instead,
he buys me dip-tops

I love those windmills, I saw many of them being assembled on my recent cross-country road trip. Their scale is somewhat shocking. This is really touching (with some confusion on my end about the cuspidors :)).

My hubby also stops for my ten million photos, and it is undoubtedly an act of love.

he stops for photos. so does mine. sometimes he ‘sees’ it, before i do. our area in Michigan
has many of these wind sources. they are beautiful to behold.

The next best thing to actually living there and eating dip tops is reading your words about it!
