Thanks Jill! It is actually sap from a dried up paperwhite narcissus, I left them in a vase while I was away, and when I came back they were all shriveled up…and this was hanging from one of the flowers. Kind of gross, but made for a cool photo!

this reminds me of richard farina’s nothing poems. just a few words says so much. and i’ve never seen a paperwhite do this. it’s really gorgeous. (left just for you to make it so, anyway.)

happy new year to you! i’m sorry i have been so absent lately. even now that i am back blogging, i find little time to visit blogs, because i am now involved in two online workshops that take a lot of time!
